1. Reward Redemption Policy
1.1 Eligibility
You can redeem rewards from your EquizBattle wallet if:
- Your account is in good standing
- You have completed KYC verification (when required)
- The amount meets the minimum redemption threshold (₹100)
- Funds are from legitimate performance rewards or deposits
1.2 Processing Time
- Redemption requests processed within 24-48 hours
- Bank transfers may take additional 2-5 business days
- Digital wallet transfers typically instant to 24 hours
- Delays may occur during high-volume periods or bank holidays
1.3 Redemption Methods
Available redemption options:
- Bank account transfer (NEFT/IMPS)
- UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
- Digital wallets (where supported)
1.4 Redemption Limits
- Minimum redemption: ₹100
- Maximum per transaction: ₹50,000
- Daily limit: ₹1,00,000
- Limits may vary based on verification level
1.5 Taxes and Deductions
As per Indian tax laws:
- TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) applicable on net performance rewards
- Current TDS rate as per Income Tax Act
- TDS certificate (Form 16A) provided quarterly
- Processing fees may apply on certain redemption methods
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Deposit Refunds
Generally, deposits are non-refundable. However, refunds may be issued if:
- Payment was charged multiple times due to technical error
- Amount was debited but not credited to wallet
- Account was suspended/terminated without cause
- We determine a refund is warranted in special circumstances
2.2 Contest Entry Refunds
Entry fees are refundable only if:
- Contest is cancelled by EquizBattle before start time
- Technical glitch prevents you from participating
- Minimum participants not reached (if applicable)
- Contest results are deemed invalid due to platform error
Refunds are not provided if:
- You voluntarily leave a contest after joining
- You miss the contest due to personal reasons
- You're dissatisfied with contest results
- You're disqualified for violating terms
2.3 Bonus and Promotional Funds
- Bonus amounts are non-refundable and non-withdrawable
- Must be used for contest entries as per promotion terms
- Expire as per stated validity period
3. How to Request Redemption
To redeem rewards:
- Open EquizBattle app and go to Wallet section
- Select "Redeem" option
- Choose redemption method and enter amount
- Provide/verify bank account or payment details
- Complete any required KYC verification
- Confirm redemption request
- Track status in Transaction History

Accounts inactive for 12+ months:
